The role is focused on providing proactive HR generalist advice and guidance to managers, delivering timely ER / IR support, and equipping leaders with the right skills, tools and information to efficiently manage their workforce.
This role involves coaching and mentoring PC&G team members and managers in the application of HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities include creating succession plans for business critical roles, managing workers' compensation & injury management cases, resolving payroll issues, STI and salary reviews, performance management, restructuring, terminations, and representing the Company in matters at Fair Work Commission.
Key qualifications include relevant HR technical qualifications, experience working in a similar senior HR influencing role, and representing an organisation at the Fair Work Commission.
Preferred qualifications include experience in implementing an HRIS system and human resources within mining, heavy industry or related industries.
