**Career Opportunity in Financial Planning**:

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a position in our financial planning team. As a Junior Financial Adviser or an authorised Associate Adviser, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Financial Adviser who will provide mentorship, guidance, and training to help you develop into an experienced Financial Adviser.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Manage clients allocated to you, providing comprehensive advice on investment and wealth strategies.
- Assist in strategy development according to client requirements, ensuring all advice is compliant and accurate.
- Liaise with paraplanning teams, support staff, and third parties to deliver high-quality services.

**Requirements for Success:**

- Registration as an Authorised Representative.
- Completion of the FASEA exam and working towards relevant educational requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with experience working with holistic advice and Xplan system.
