About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store during evening and night trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Monitor and control costs, manage stock levels, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment

About You:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
