We are currently looking to fill some 5 hours shifts on reception at Fix It Physiotherapy (also known as Wallsend Health Hub). Shift times are 8am - 1pm and 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus the occasional Saturday 8am - 1pm. We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to work more shifts at times when required.

**Who are we looking for?**

Essentially, we are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with others and gets satisfaction from helping people, and is also very organised and efficient with admin type tasks.

**Specific duties include**:

- Booking appointments for new and returning clients
- Taking payments and accurately recording payment details
- Providing a warm welcome to current and potential clients, both on the phone and in person
- Data entry into spreadsheets
- Basic housekeeping

We have a lighthearted workplace that is fun to work in. The pace of the clinic is quite fast but is easily managed if you are organised and energetic. We have regular social events and are very appreciative of the efforts our receptionists put in. Everyone who works here feels part of a great team where their skills and effort are appreciated.
