As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our participants achieve their goals and improve their independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.
We seek experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapists who share our passion for disability and are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage an allocated caseload and provide timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements:- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
- A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
