Key Responsibilities:

We seek a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee our commercial property assets in Geelong, Australia.

  • Manage and maintain the Geelong Commercial Property Portfolio
  • Administer lease agreements, including expiry management, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental income processing and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and obtain quotes as required
  • Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a positive attitude towards work. A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is essential for this role. While experience in commercial sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
