About this role

Capital Recruit are currently working with a large government department who require two Service Delivery Officers to work on an initial 6 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have worked within an Aboriginal Identified role and have developed understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples and the ability to communicate sensitively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing call centre operations and support
  • Preparing responses and completing data entry
  • Supporting the delivery of the complaints handling service
  • Supporting the section through administrative tasks and general meetings

Requirements for this role include:

  • Active Baseline Security Clearance
  • Full drivers license
  • Proven experience in an Administrative/Service Delivery role within APS, private or NFP sectors
