Role Description

As a senior team leader at a leading retail establishment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will:

  • Embark on the journey to showcase our unique selling proposition by driving a customer-centric approach.
  • Drive performance and capability through coaching and supporting team growth and development.
  • Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent management.
  • Serve as a key contact for resolving client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to work across various categories and functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide flexible availability, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster to support business needs.
