Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design management process for electrical engineering projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Chartered Electrical Engineer with a strong technical background and experience in electrical design management
  • Proven track record of leading and managing electrical engineering projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Chartered status or working towards chartered status
