We are seeking a motivated and skilled leader to join our management team in the ACT Region. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences in store.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster, offering a great work-life balance in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be looking for a long-term career with opportunities to progress.

The role involves supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams. Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a hands-on leader who is happy to work in all areas of a retail store and lead by example
- Building a customer-centric culture to deliver exceptional customer service every time
- Sharing product knowledge and experience
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Thriving in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
