Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated occupational therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive graduate training program, including introduction to the field of occupational therapy and its application in clinic and community settings.

  • The graduate program offers a structured 12-month period with strong mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • You will provide occupational therapy services in clinic and community locations, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Weekly supervision with a dedicated supervisor will support your growth and development throughout the program.
  • As part of our team, you will have access to flexible work arrangements, including flexi-time and work-from-home options.
About the Role
  • To be eligible for this role, you must have completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and hold Full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car are also required.
  • You should have unrestricted Australian work rights and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a big heart and a brilliant mind to support clinical and career excellence.
