Job Description

We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to participate in an industry-leading graduate program, serving both in a clinic and in the community.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate occupational therapist to have a gradual ramp-up period to help you transition from your studies and apply your skills in a real-world setting.
  • You will have weekly supervision, market-leading professional development, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support you as you build a long and successful career.

Our graduate program offers a structured 12-month framework to allow for learning and development, including:

  • Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
  • A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way.
  • Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work-life balance.
  • Quarterly alignment days—a day out of the clinic to not see clients, learn and spend time with colleagues.
  • Collaborative teams with high levels of fun and culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
