Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership or related discipline

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with the ability to contribute strategically
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a trauma-informed environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organisational policies and procedures
