Support Worker for Participants with Disabilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality support to individuals with various physical and mental health disabilities, ranging from children to older individuals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting participants with daily living skills, assisting with social and recreational activities, and implementing strategies to promote a healthier lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include building rapport and collaborating effectively with staff, participants, their family, and friends to achieve positive outcomes. The role also involves assisting with liaising with participants' families and friends to explore new goals and ambitions.

Required skills and qualifications include 1 year of experience as a Support Worker (preferred) and possession of a Driver Licence, National Police Certificate, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred). First Aid Certification and Working with Children Check are also highly recommended.
