
Corporate Communications Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide transparent information to investors about Queensland and our funding program. This involves delivering digital and print communications, as well as events, to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide communication advice and manage content updates and compliance requirements.
This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to coordinate Japanese translations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate communications for financial markets, including market announcements and investor updates.
Coordinate Institutional Investor section on our website, including regular updates, compliance checks, and new site area developments.
Coordinate updates to our Investor Book, cross-checking data and coordinating amendments with stakeholders.
Coordinate Green Bond Annual Report, drafting, managing content submissions, approvals, and publishing.
Provide communications advice to our Green Bond Committee, reviewing and editing reports.
Develop targeted communications for editorial and content sponsorships in relevant publications.
Maintain and update Institutional Investor section on our website and manage updates and enhancements.
Provide analytics from digital channels for reporting and enhancement purposes.
Coordinate investor events, developing marketing materials and publications; coordinate logistics and supervision.
Issues management and crisis communication - develop briefs and messages to prepare for potential issues.
Help manage relationships with Treasury and Treasurer's office in relation to investor communication activities.
Support Corporate Communication strategies and projects, including internal communications and LinkedIn strategy.
Degree qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or business/finance.
3+ years' corporate communication experience (understanding of financial markets highly regarded).
