Pharmaceutical Industry Legal Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Counsel to deliver daily legal support and strategic risk assessment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a senior general business lawyer with expertise across commercial contracts and intellectual property law.
- Exercising authority over a wide spectrum of standard and non-standard operational, process, project, or service activities.
- Advising across areas including corporate, competition, property, privacy, product liability, regulatory and administrative law.
- Collaborating with the global Patent Division to uphold intellectual property rights and offer business guidance on post-patent opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years PQE experience.
- In-house pharmaceutical industry experience.
- A scientific background would be advantageous.
- Cross-functional collaborative skills across Compliance, Medical, Marketing, HR, Corporate Affairs and other business partners.
- Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- An annual salary between $180000 - $200000.
