Culinary Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team, specializing in the preparation of authentic Indian dishes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate expertise in preparing a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including BBQ, tikkas, gravies, sauces, and chutneys.
  2. Exercise precision and consistency in food preparation techniques to maintain the quality and authenticity of Indian cuisine.
  3. Implement effective quality control measures to ensure that all dishes meet established standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
  4. Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, stock rotation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
  5. Display adaptability in catering to varying customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Cook/Chef with a focus on Indian cuisine.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
  3. Familiarity with BBQ, tikka, and chutney preparation.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility in scheduling, with expected hours of no less than 20 per week.
