We are currently seeking a skilled Ground Transport Officer to join our team. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to all airport visitors.
  • Delivering high-quality assistance and information to those requiring help.
  • Conducting regular patrols and inspections of airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities to ensure area safety.
  • Identifying any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity and taking prompt action to address them.
  • Maintaining accurate records related to health and safety, training, and customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of working within a customer service space with a passion for delivering excellent results.
  • Experience working in outdoor environments, on your feet, for extended periods is highly desirable.
  • Great listening skills and communication abilities to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • The composure to remain calm under pressure and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
  • A full Driver's Licence and a WACE certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications.
  • A First Aid qualification is also highly desirable.
