Job Summary
This casual position involves working as a Support Worker on the central coast region, providing essential support to clients with disability. You will play a vital role in assisting clients to live independently, participate in their community, and engage in activities that promote personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning
- Supporting clients with personal care needs and administering medication when required
- Delivering person-centred programs to encourage active lifestyles and community participation
- Working with behaviour support plans to utilise positive strategies
- Communicating client progress with families
About the Role

Requirements
- Experience in the Disability sector is essential
- Currently studying or completed Certificate III or above in Community Services is desirable
- Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous
- Ability to support others with personal and hygiene care
- Personal qualities of resilience, empathy, and self-confidence

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
