Job Title: Furniture Sales Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation to showcase contemporary products
- Meet and greet clients, providing a professional sales experience
- Develop trust and deliver excellence in client service through the entire client service experience
- Create amazing outcomes for clients with your design and creative flair
- Perform administrative duties, including answering phones and providing quotes
About You:
- Interior Design qualification and experience required
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Previous experience in a similar sales role (retail experience preferred)
- Sales and results-oriented with proven experience in meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Previous furniture industry experience required
- Proactive and motivated, with a flair for style and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
