Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership in planning, implementing, and reporting on community investment frameworks and related programs.
  • Establish and manage partnerships that underpin long-term growth strategies and enhance social licence to operate.
  • Provide strategic oversight in implementing Reconciliation Action Plans, promoting engagement with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and deliver community engagement programs across the business, including collaborative initiatives with schools and employees.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for partnerships that deliver value and exceed expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, commerce, community development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in community investment, partnerships, engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, sustainability, community, and Indigenous engagement frameworks and approaches.
  • Experience and knowledge of leading Reconciliation Action Plans and developing strategic partnerships.
