Clinical Development Director

About this role:
Clinical Development Directors are pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing clinical education programs to enhance the capability of our team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring clinical best practice is aligned with strengthened aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within aged care, a passion for seeing others grow professionally, strong exposure to health and aged care quality standards, and current registration as a registered nurse (AHPRA).
A relevant qualification in Nursing, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills are desirable.
Additional requirements include strong knowledge of aged care clinical standards, regulations, and clinical practice, proven ability to develop and deliver education programs, experience in mentoring and coaching clinical staff, and willingness to travel to residential care homes and regional locations as required.
