Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber/Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing tree pruning and removals, operating heavy equipment, and leading a 2-person pruning crew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tree pruning and removals using proper techniques and equipment
  • Operate heavy equipment, including bucket trucks and claw trucks
  • Lead a 2-person pruning crew and ensure daily production goals are met
  • Maintain and repair equipment and tools
  • Assist in debris cleanup at job completion
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years climbing experience and/or 5 years documented foreman experience
  • Advanced knowledge of proper tree pruning and removal techniques
  • Ability to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and CDL class A or B License with airbrake endorsement preferred
