Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Practice Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of support professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
  • Model best practice and drive quality service delivery.
  • Build team capability and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Support the delivery of individual goals and outcomes through coaching and empowerment.
  • Align daily operations with strategy and values to ensure a positive impact on the community.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in disability or community services.
  • Strong coaching and team-building skills to motivate and empower staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster to meet the needs of the organization and the community.
