Gyprock Trade Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Gyprock Trade Centre Store Manager. This is a full-time opportunity based at our Surrey Hills (VIC) store, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safety: championing safety compliance and ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and the general public.
  • Staff Management: hiring, training, and supervising employees to provide excellent customer service and perform duties effectively.
  • Sales and Marketing: overseeing sales activities, promoting the store and its products, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Financial Management: monitoring the store's financial performance and making decisions to improve profitability.
  • Compliance: ensuring the store complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
