Lead Bus Operations Team

As a key member of the Transit Systems team, you will oversee daily bus operations to ensure seamless service delivery. You will lead a diverse team, prioritizing safety and resource allocation.

  • Direct daily activities, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion among bus drivers
  • Develop and implement effective driver management strategies
  • Provide professional feedback and leadership
About You
  • Background in bus transport, logistics, or a related field required
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in a comparable position
  • MR (or greater) licence, Drivers Certificate, and Working with Children Check required
  • Tertiary qualifications in Transport/Logistics/Business Administration desirable
