Water Infrastructure Project Manager Job Description

This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the full lifecycle of construction and upgrade projects for water treatment plants, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery to the highest quality and environmental standards.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensure compliance with water industry regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules for water treatment plant projects.
  • Lead project teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee construction and commissioning of treatment systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, water authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, prioritizing safety and environmental protocols.
  • Drive sustainable outcomes by optimizing processes and reducing waste.
