  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to manage budget, forecasting, and productivity tracking.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

**Leadership and Planning**

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to plan, create, and implement strategies to drive business success. They will be an ambassador of the company's H.E.A.R.T values and lead the team through the Balanced Scorecard approach, focusing on safety, financial achievement, customer service excellence, and LUXXE Legends.
