About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to oversee the efficient operation of a supermarket in a remote First Nations community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for local team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to ALPA's nutrition policy
  • Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition, and local stakeholders to drive business growth and meet community needs
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in retail management is mandatory
  • Proven ability to utilize electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale, and staff management
  • Certificate III in Retail or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months
