Working Hours
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Handling cash transactions, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
- Generating reports to track performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
