Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer to assist in the management of files in our leading workers' compensation practice.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence by leveraging strong academic results and critical thinking skills.
  • Prepare court documents for litigated matters while developing practical problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Attend directions hearings and chamber summons with early exposure to advocacy, fostering growth and confidence in a dynamic environment.
  • Liaise with clients, including assisting in obtaining instructions and at conferences, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Completion of a law degree, with postgraduate studies and PLT in progress or completed, or admission as a lawyer.
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and passion for a career in law, driving personal and professional growth.
  • Strong academic results and critical thinking skills, enabling effective analysis and decision-making.
  • Attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and strategic thinking, facilitating success in a fast-paced environment.
