Design Leader

High-rise facade design is a complex process that requires meticulous planning and coordination. Our company specializes in providing project solutions for steel and concrete structures, and we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our design team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facade high rise curtain wall and/or window wall design management, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractors on large-scale projects. This role involves leading the design development from concept to construction, coordinating with architects and consultants, and overseeing international procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead facade design development from concept to construction
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
