Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled sales merchandise professional to join our Richmond branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and processing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone and in-store support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock and receiving goods

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
