About the Agile Delivery Lead Role at Prezzee

This is a unique opportunity to join Prezzee, a leading company in AU, as an Agile Delivery Lead. The company is growing rapidly, and this role will play a crucial part in driving its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery plan for the program, tracking progress towards goals and managing dependencies tightly.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support the company objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ceremonies for programs of work, including planning, reviews, release planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with other Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to schedule the execution of deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvements initiatives.
  • Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management and other business stakeholders.
  • Assist management to forecast capacity to ensure the team has adequate resources to meet roadmap requirements.
  • Apply change management principles and methodologies to address any roadblocks or challenges that may risk the execution.
  • Develop and lead communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Manage necessary resource planning to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap and to minimize impact on BAU.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), including artefacts, practices, and systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean practices and an understanding of traditional Project Management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a software development (preferably SAAS product) environment.
  • Expertise in planning, prioritizing conflicting requirements, and scheduling releases.
  • Experience in negotiating business requirements and priorities with business stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Ability to perform analysis and evaluation of projects, including resourcing and project financials.
  • Experience in presentation and the delivery of information at varying levels, from clients to the board.
  • Lead through ambiguity and complexity in a cross-functional/hybrid environment.
  • You get things done - you are analytical, organized, and manage competing priorities with ease.
