About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Fashion Specialist to join our team at BOTTEGA VENETA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellence in sales and clienteling, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Assist the Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
  • Support the store in operating effectively, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with stock management and ensure inventory accuracy, in line with corporate policies and procedures.

About You

  • You will have proven experience working in the retail industry, with a strong background in fashion sales.
  • You will be able to build strong and lasting customer relationships, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not essential.
  • You will have the availability and flexibility to work full-time over a 7-day rotating roster.
  • You will be passionate about growing a career within the luxury fashion industry.
  • You will have experience working with women's and/or men's ready-to-wear, with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market.
