Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our Bottega Veneta team in Chadstone. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM initiatives to build a loyal client base
  • Support the boutique management in maintaining a high level of customer service and store operations
  • Contribute to stock management and inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
