We are seeking an accomplished Store Manager to lead our high-performing team in Launceston, Tasmania. Our new store has been thriving since its opening last year, with a strong service-driven culture and an engaged crew.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best
  • Provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Motivate and inspire your team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent results
  • Manage stock control, visual merchandising, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience, who is confident in managing a diverse range of personalities and has strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
