Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for managing cloud solutions and ensuring operational excellence in our client-facing platforms.

This is a support-focused role that requires daily collaboration with the digital ops team to drive Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment.

With expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly in AWS, you will work closely with operations staff, engineering, and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24/7.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing the digital ops team with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement.
  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Ensuring cloud services are available 24/7 in coordination with other operations staff, engineering, and client services.
  • Investigating, identifying, and resolving issues in a live production environment.
  • Improving the reliability and security of solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an entry-level cloudops role, with expertise in cloud infrastructure – Amazon AWS, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities may include reviewing user accounts access quarterly, enabling greater process efficiencies and capability enhancements, and working closely with team members and customers to identify technology enhancement and efficiency opportunities.

A positive can-do attitude, professional approach, and up-to-date certifications are essential for success in this role.
