Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Group Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Develop and deliver CFO commentary and analysis, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Lead the preparation of half-year and annual external audit work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the review of junior accountants' work, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage tax compliance, including income tax, GST, FBT, and deferred tax calculations.
  • Perform cash flow analysis and forecasting, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
  • Implement lease accounting and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in a Big 4/2nd tier chartered firm and commercial accounting capacity.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, operate in a fast-paced environment, and drive solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
