This is a career-defining role as a Cloud Solutions Consultant with HashiCorp, a leading company in the industry. As a member of our innovative team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and help them unlock the full potential of our cloud solutions.

About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure architecture, security, and operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical resource and internal advocate for all customers at HashiCorp.
  • Partner with Sales Executives to support the entire customer journey, from pipeline creation to successful renewals.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, influencing decisions through effective presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Understand the customer's journey, guiding them through a value realization process aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • Prove business value by demonstrating the benefits of HashiCorp solutions in solving customer business problems and driving target outcomes.
  • Contribute to customer success by participating in activities such as QBRs, cadence calls, and advanced roadmap sessions.
  • Drive expansion and adoption within current product lines and promote the adoption of multi-product integrated solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering or Professional Services role in a large and dynamic enterprise environment.
  • Technical expertise in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
  • Proven experience with implementing software products or solutions in large and dynamic enterprise companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
