Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
  • Scope and design features and enhancements to the platform to meet wide-ranging business requirements for customer experience.
  • Advise on best practice of the platform and lead solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
  • Work closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and testers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
  • Core Salesforce Certification (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1).
