Digital Content Operations Coordinator

The Digital Content Operations Coordinator will oversee digital content creation, management, and optimization to support organizational goals. You will analyze content workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance digital content effectiveness.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate communication of product/content information to customers and stakeholders. You will manage and maintain platform Master Content Lists, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to address issues with content that arise on internal systems are critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities- Manage digital content operations and maintenance workflows across various platforms, including digital asset ingestion processes.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to ensure correct content availability on various digital products and packages.
- Complete monthly tasks such as updates to Master Content Lists for Clinical Skills, ClinicalKey platforms (all versions), Clinical Overview reviews, etc.
- Collaborate with Content teams and local SMEs on content strategy, development, and planning across local digital products to support business objectives.
- Analyze digital content workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content development and management.
- Understanding of print and digital content publishing workflows, including digital file creation and platform maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in working with tickets and cases within solutions such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple content workflows.
- Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand tertiary education market, ideally healthcare education (nursing, medical).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a solutions-focused approach to all tasks.
- Able to understand interoperability of different systems and workflows to deliver a solution.
