Lead Pharmacy Professional

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to take on a leadership role in our clinical pharmacy environment. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy and its team members.
About the RoleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of a pharmacy, including supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and development of pharmacy teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
