Job Title: Regulatory Support Officer

This role is within the Child Safeguarding team at the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority. The successful candidate will be working closely with this team to support assessment and investigation of allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct in early childhood education and care services.

The key aspects of this position include assisting with file management, data entry, reporting, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The role is based in Brisbane, allowing for flexible work arrangements as needed by operational requirements.

About This Role
  • Support leadership staff with administrative tasks related to targeted response initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regulatory staff daily on various projects including correspondence preparation, investigation documentation, and other duties.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Adaptability to changing priorities is essential, along with an understanding of government processes and policies.
