Cluster Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our team in Pacific Fair. As a key member of our retail network, you will be responsible for driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture.

Your primary objective will be to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-focused culture creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or having exposure managing multiple sites (including Concession stores) with a high volume fashion retailer.
  • An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
  • A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets.
  • The ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
