Lead a Retail Team to Success

As a retail leader, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and service excellence. Your strong leadership skills, customer focus, and commercial acumen will drive performance and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and abilities, resulting in improved performance and productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, payroll, and reporting, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and promotional activity to create an engaging and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze profit and loss results to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
