Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our high-performing team in Adelaide. As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in solving the HR community's hiring challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate vital relationships with influential HR professionals (both candidates and clients).
  • Expand your client base to drive business growth in South Australia.
  • Build strong relationships with the HR community through advisory and solution provision.
  • Maintain and build a pipeline of HR candidates, supporting their application journey through to employment.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to clients as a subject-matter expert in the recruitment of HR practitioners.
