Job Opportunity for Early Childhood Educators

We are seeking experienced and motivated Diploma qualified educators to join a professional team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators.

The position is full time, 38 hours per week. You will have the privilege of working with like-minded collaborators who are setting the new benchmark for early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating an environment that acknowledges and encourages each child's agency and participation.
  • Facilitating and documenting learning opportunities founded on children's interests.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of ECT and Diploma qualified professionals.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families.
  • Following centre philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training or willingness to obtain.
  • Clear Working with Children Check.
  • Clear National Police Check.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience working with children aged Birth to 5 years.
