About Business Directors
We are seeking a sharp and strategically minded professional to lead our bespoke agency team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving growth through innovative media and data-driven solutions.
You will inspire and manage a team to deliver world-class work with a strong focus on ROI and consumer insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted and positive senior client relationships
- Develop internal and external client action plans
- Lead the planning process on all key briefs
- Manage revenue forecasting and delivery
- Define key campaign success metrics
- Build strong relationships with media owners
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in a media agency or publishing/media sales environment
- Strategic thinking and a keen eye for detail
- Strong partnership skills and ability to develop trusted relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial management skills and business acumen
- Proven team management skills
- Understanding of and success in providing clients with diversified service and product solutions
