We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Audiologist to join our established clinics.
As part of a leading manufacturer of innovative hearing care solutions, our talented and passionate employees contribute to creating a life without limitations through the sense of hearing.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with hearing and balance issues by providing professional recommendations for rehabilitation options and developing clear rehabilitation programs tailored to their needs.
- Conduct clinical assessments in line with best practices and clinical protocols, communicating assessment results effectively.
- Meet client needs by providing appropriate advice, services, and devices.
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain current knowledge.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation.
- A relevant qualification in Audiology.
- Full membership with AudA or ACAud.
- Audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high caseload.
- Excellent customer care skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong therapeutic relationships with clients and commitment to audiological standards.
- An understanding of ensuring commercial success.
- Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
